RECORDING WITH A DOCUMENT CAMERA

Mrs. Terry explains how she uses the Visualizer app and her document camera to explain notes to her class.

RECORDING WITH AN IPAD

Mrs. Thomas demonstrates how she uses her iPad and a stylus to record herself working example math problems for her class.

Mrs. Thomas uses a paid app, Notability, for her recordings. Some free apps that would also allow you to make screen recordings on the iPad are ShowMe, Doceri, and Explain Everything.

LOOM

Mr. Faulkner uses Loom to make screen recordings for his class. When you finish the recording, you can copy the link and share the link with your students by email or Google Classroom. Click here to see a video Mr. Faulkner made for his class.

SCREENCASTIFY

Mrs. Embry's favorite video tool is Screencastify. Screencastify recordings can be shared to directly to Google Classroom.

QUICKTIME

QuickTime is a native program to the MacOS. You are not limited to any amount of time. It saves to your computer so you can easily upload to Google Drive or Google Classroom.
