Graduation Schedule

STUDENTS WILL NEED TO BE AT THE STADIUM
NO LATER THAN 10:30 a.m.!
Arrival: 10:30 a.m.
Arrive, please make sure to follow the directions with the police. You will need to enter on the side road near the baseball field and or at the Bankers Steel entrance. Once, inside, students should report to the SCOREBOARD end of the field.
HANDICAP seating will be available at the top of the stadium and on the track. There will also be helpers to help assist people who have trouble walking to their seats.
Senior Class Picture - 10:50 a.m. - Subject to change...it may be on the day of rehearsal, more info later.
Students will need to be in the designated area of the stands for a senior picture. This can be purchased through Lifetouch.
Lineup
Students need to be in line by 11:00 a.m., there are no exceptions! We must start at exactly 11:30 to accommodate other events at the venue on June 2.
Graduation - 11:30 a.m.
WE MUST LEAVE THE STADIUM BY 1:00 p.m.
Please make sure to take pics and then leave in a timely manner.
In case of severe weather, Lynchburg City Schools is requiring us to have an alternate plan to the stadium, this is for damaging storms and torrential rain only. If there is a chance of rain we will still be at the Stadium. IF we have SEVERE WEATHER, we will be in the gym at HHS. This will require students to only bring 8 family members to graduation. At this time at the stadium, student can bring an unlimited amount of guests, please keep in mind the possibility of the change in venue if severe weather is a factor.
