For tests scored on a 100 point scale, we will use the following tiered growth targets: 

For scores at 50 or below the growth target would be 20 points.

For scores between 51-69 the growth target would be 15 points.

For scores between 70-79 the growth target would be 10 points.

For scores between 80-89 the growth target would be 5 points.

For scores between 90-95 the growth target would be 2 points.

For scores between 96-100 the growth target would be 0 points.
