Inclement weather plan

Lancaster County School District is dedicated to promoting the safety and well being of our students and staff. The district has thorough plans for determining and evaluating if schools should be in session or if a delay, or an early dismissal should be issued in the event of hazardous weather, epidemics or other emergencies that threaten the safety or health of students or staff members. If schools are closed, the decision will be made as soon as possible and announced by local news media, our school district website, through the Remind, social media and Blackboard Connect.
