Welcome to Biology!
my name is Nikki Gates and I am very excited to be finishing my 8th year teaching, with the last 6 years being at ajhs. I am the school's FCA teacher sponsor and the Science Department Chair. I love teaching in my hometown of Kershaw!
I have been married to my best friend for 12 years and we have 3 children. as a family we enjoy camping, being outdoors, and serving at our church.
Education: I graduated from The University of South Carolina with a bachelor's degree in biological sciences and hold a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Winthrop University.
I look forward to another great year at AJHS! Go VOLS!
