Congratulations goes out to Jamilia Brevard, 7th grade special education teacher, for being named A. R. Rucker's Teacher of the Year and to Dequana Jones for being named Rucker's Beginning Teacher of the Year. Woohoo!

Academic Challenge Team

March Madness: A Relay for Life Fundraiser
Our biggest Relay for Life fundraiser was held Thursday, March 28th. Thank you to all who participated.
Rising 5th Graders Visit
Wednesday, April 10th, we welcome rising 5th graders from area elementary schools in anticipation of their arrival in August.
Showcase
The Extended Day Showcase will be held in Lancaster High School's Auditorium Thursday, April 25th @ 6pm.

The LAST DAY to buy a Yearbook is April 1. No extra copies will be ordered!! They cost $35 online using code 13984623 or via cash or check (be sure to include a SC Driver's License Number) to Mrs. Hudson in the art room.

Free Sports Physicals for the 2024-2025 School Year will be held Friday, May 3, 2024
MUSC Health is hosting free sports physical event Friday, May 3rd from 2:30-5:30pm at Lancaster High School, but students must register ahead here.
This event is open to all student-athletes who plan to participate in high school sports for the upcoming school year. Physicals are free of charge, and no appointments are necessary. Bring your sports physical form.
