My name is Marian Bryce Berks. I grew up in Irmo, South Carolina and attended college at Converse College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. I received my bachelors in Early Childhood Education and received my masters in Language and Literacy from the University of South Carolina.  This is my 12th year teaching, and my 6th year at North Elementary. I have taught kindergarten, first, and second grade! 

I love spending time with my family and going to the beach. My husband, Andrew, and I have been married for 6 years. We have 2 beautiful daughters, Hanna (4 years old) and Annie (15 months old).
