Welcome to third grade. Hello, my name is Laticia S. Chisley. I am a native of Lancaster, South Carolina were I have lived all my life. I am a 1993 graduate of Lancaster High School. I was taught at an early age getting an education is very important and once you have learned something NO ONE can EVER take it away from you.
