I grew up in Long Island, New York, and moved to South Carolina in 2005, shortly after I got married. My husband and I have two children, a puppy, and two Guinea pigs. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, walking, reading and shopping. I also like to spend time with friends and family. My favorite place to vacation is at the beach!

I have been teaching elementary school since 2005. I began my career as a special education teacher, teaching students with Learning Disabilities. However, for the last ten years, I have taught fourth grade in South Carolina. I am so grateful to be an HES Tomahawk!
