About Me 

This is my first year at North Elementary, and I am excited to be here!

FAMILY: I am married to my very best friend, Chris, and we have 2 kind kids, Aiden and Riley, a sweet grandson, Stetson, and a scaredy dog, Misty.  

EDUCATION: I graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.  Additionally, I graduated from Winthrop University with a Master of Liberal Arts and Johns Hopkins University with a Master of Science in Education.  

TEACHING: I earned my teaching certification through Teach Charlotte.  This is my 11th year in the classroom.  Previously, I taught 3rd and 4th grade and middle school math.  After a year off, I am looking forward to being back in the classroom : )
