ProTeam is a leadership-focused course designed to help middle school students build self-awareness, communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills. The course provides students with a deeper understanding of themselves and the role they can play as leaders in their schools and communities. It also introduces students to education as a potential career path and encourages them to start thinking intentionally about their futures.
