Each year the South Carolina Association of School Librarians (SCASL) nominates 20 books to compete for the title of S.C. Junior Book of the Year. Students across the state get to vote for their favorite novel to become the award winner.

Voting takes place in February. Please note that you may only vote once and you must read THREE of the nominated titles to participate.
When you open up Destiny Discover, Search by topics to be connected to books in a genre that you enjoy.
