Dear Parents,
Did you know that your child needs at least 60 minutes of physical activity per day? I know that being stuck in the house can be a tough and stressful time for both you and you child(ren) as well as makes it difficult to get the proper exercise that you need! There are so many reasons your child needs to be physically active such as getting blood flow to the brain! Below I have found and created some awesome resources for you and your child(ren) that hopefully you can all do together! There is a table of contents below to help you find the different activities a little easier. If an image appears too small to see on your computer screen, you should be able to right click and open the image into a new screen to zoom in. You can also find additional resources in the Fitness Resources tab at the top. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out. I will hopefully be able to add additional resources as they pop into my brain or as I find new activities online created by awesome PE teachers from all across the globe!
Students: Remember to stay active and keep up with your healthy habits!
Enjoy!

If you do not have access to a printer - remember you could always write the exercises down on regular paper. :)
A note from Beachbody:
During this unprecedented time, we want to continue helping families stay healthy and sane by offering some fun ways to expend energy together. With schools out and no formal recess or P.E., we hope you’ll use these workouts to make family fitness fun and a part of your daily routine with our free selection of Beachbody Kids Workouts from Beachbody celebrity trainers Tony Horton, Shaun T and Leandro Carvalho. This is a temporary service where we make these free to access.

This is another version of letter fitness that I found online! Same directions as above, just different exercises for the letters! Spell your name, use the words above or you can chose your own words!
The next 6 sections of activites I found from Capn Petes Pe Resources. He has created an entire "Home Activity PE Packet". I added the sections that I thought our students would like best, however if you wish to see the entire packet then you may click the following link to view. :)
