Course Description

This course is designed to increase the financial literacy, economic knowledge, and critical and analytical thinking skills of students. The course explores both micro and macroeconomic concepts. It covers the economic foundation of market supply and demand, production, consumption, distribution of wealth, banking and financial institutions, types of economies, consumer decision-making, and foreign exchange rates.
