***Please reinforce the importance of deadlines to your child as they will be a big part of their everyday life that they will need to adhere to. Recognizing deadlines and abiding by them will help your child to become successful in everything they do.

***If you have not already done so, please sign up for text reminders (Remind -101 ) and receive information on important things going on in 6th Grade Writing. You will find a link to sign up for Reminders, as well as instructions on how to install the App. on your phone. On the "Classroom Resources" page, by your child's Writing Block, you will find the links for each individual class. Please encourage your child to join up as well. Receiving these texts will keep you and your child in the loop about the main events happening in our Writing Classroom.

***Money ($13) and signed permission slip for field trip to see Aquaman on Friday, March 15th - is due NO LATER THAN Friday, March 8th.

***Job Shadowing will be on Friday, March 22nd. All necessary paperwork needs to be turned in to your child's homeroom teacher NO LATER THAN Friday, March 15th. If your child is participating this will not count as an absence, however; It is important that your child return all proper paperwork upon returning back to school on Monday, March 25th, or this may count as an absence for your child - (See parent letter - sent home on March 1st - for further details).
