SchoolTool Tips & Grading

Batch Entries for DL, NL, and NS

After you have attributes entered for each class...

To batch add an attribute in School Tool:

1. Open your gradebook

2. Click on the specific assignment name (at the top of the column where you'd enter grades)

3. Choose "Mass Entry", and it's pretty intuitive from there. (The blue arrows "enter" your choice.)(You can also make changes manually.)

4. Be sure to hit the save button.

Sora is the app for accessing LCSD's ebook & audiobook collections on laptops or mobile devices.

Tutorials (Lombardo):

MyON is an app that can be used by ES to access lots of high interest books for students which can be searched for by reading level and/or by interests. Every book in MyON can be read aloud to student. This app has a very fun and easy to use interface. This is also a great application for teachers because they can create their own projects and assign to students and can see progress students are making.

Digital Portfolios (Seesaw/Google Sites)

Digital portfolios (or "eportfolios") are another way for students to demonstrate progress, present artifacts, and engage in self-reflection in a less-structured learning environment (like now!).
