Colored pencils can be a great tool if you know how to use them well.

The following tutorials can be applied with Crayola or Prismacolor Pencils, but you will notice that Prismacolors blend and layer better and can have much brighter pigments.

When using colored pencils, be careful not to drop them because the lead inside can break and make the pencil impossible to keep sharpened. Also be sure to ONLY use HAND SHARPENERS.
