Teaching has been both my calling and my joy for over 30 years. I've had the privilege of working in both public and private Christian schools, guiding students through their academic journeys while encouraging their personal and spiritual growth. I hold a B.A. in Elementary Education and an M.S. in Special Education, with certifications from the New York State Public School System (Permanent Certification) and the Association of Christian Schools International (Professional Lifetime Certificate).
In addition to teaching, I have served as a High School Mock Trial Coach and Advisor—an opportunity that allows me to mentor students in leadership, communication, and confidence. I was honored to be recognized as News Channel 13 Teacher of the Week, a meaningful acknowledgment of the heart and dedication I bring to my classroom each day.
I believe that each child is uniquely created by God, with gifts and a purpose that deserve to be nurtured and celebrated. My role as a teacher goes beyond academics; it’s about helping students grow in character, faith, and wisdom. I strive to create a Christ-centered learning environment where students feel safe, valued, and inspired to become all that God has created them to be. I see every day as an opportunity to plant seeds of truth, kindness, and curiosity—trusting that God will continue to grow them in His perfect time.
