General Information

Members of the National Honor Society enshrine the four pillars of Scholarship, Service, Leadership, and Character.  The Riverside chapter of the National Honor Society is open for juniors and seniors and are expected to meet the following conditions: 

• Maintain a cumulative 3.50 grade point average.

• Complete at least 5 hours of student peer tutoring each semester.

• Complete at least 10 hours of additional volunteering service, community service, or tutoring each semester

• Participate in at least one Group Service Project during the school year (Holiday Party or SpringFest).

• Follow and adhere to the LCPS and RVHS Honor Codes.

There is an opportunity to join the National Honor Society each semester (Student Information Packets usually go out in mid-September and mid-February).
