Picture Days Schedule - Fall 2022 TBD

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. When will photos take place?

Fall 2022

  1. Where will photos be taken?

On the stage in the front of the auditorium.

  1. When do students receive their school IDs?

Right after taking their picture. Victor O'Neill Studios prints IDs immediately after a photo is taken.

  1. How much does it cost for students to have their IDs?

Nothing but class time and a smile for the camera! (The student and faculty/staff IDs are free.)

  1. Do students need to buy a photo package in order to be in the yearbook?

ALL students need to be photographed even if they are not buying a package. IT IS FREE TO HAVE YOUR PICTURE IN YEARBOOK AND GET AN ID CARD.

  1. How will students be able to purchase their portraits?

Pre-orders can be purchased here: https://vando.imagequix.com/g1000875174.

  1. I have a student in my Pride who was not able to take their photo during their PE or English class’s appointment time. What should I do?

Please send the student with a pass to the auditorium to have their picture taken during Pride on Tuesday, Sept 21. Photographers are also available during all lunches.

  1. I have a student who is not currently in a PE 9 or 10 or English 11 class. How should he/she get their picture done?

Please advise them to go during their lunches on Monday or Tuesday. The student needs to check out of the cafeteria with an administrator and go straight to the auditorium for their photo. There, they should inform the Victor O’Neill check-in personnel that they are there during their lunch and should be allowed to take their photo.

  1. I have a student who goes by a name other than what was listed on their ID. How can this get fixed?

The info that is printed on the student IDs are whatever info was provided in Phoenix. The photo company, Victor O’Neill Studios, can easily reprint a new ID at no cost to the student. Encourage that student to contact the company at underclass@vosphoto.com, or they can reach out to me on Remind @AskMoulton.

  1. When are underclass make-ups?

Wednesday, November 5. More details to come.

  1. Will seniors have another make-up date for their yearbook portrait?

Yes, it is currently scheduled for October 27 and 28 by appointment only. Appointments are not available yet. More details to come.

FOR ALL STAFF:

  1. I am a faculty/staff member. Why do I need my photo taken?

Permanent record that YOU worked here! I'd like to get every faculty and staff member photographed in every yearbook.

*BONUS: You can also skip the line of students to get your photo done first!

**DOUBLE BONUS: If that's not enough to entice you, check out this list of teacher discounts that require a dated photo ID, not just your LCPS ID badge (click this link:http://www.giftcardgranny.com/blog/the-complete-list-of-66-teacher-discounts/ )

  1. I'm pretty sure I got my photo taken last year... Can you print that in the yearbook?

Yes, you just have to email me that you want that done. More importantly, let's make sure you DID get your picture taken last year, and we will use that photo instead at your request.

  1. When can faculty/staff have their photo taken without students around?

Photographers will be ready in the auditorium by 8:30am before classes. Again, you may also skip the line of students at any time.

  1. If I don’t like my picture, may I take another? How do I know which one you’ll print in the yearbook?

If you have your picture taken more than once so you can choose the best pose, please CHANGE your first name/initial each time on the card that the photographer gives you.

Example:

Picture 1 – Jason White

Picture 2 – J. White

Picture 3 – J.A. White

Later you can pick the one you like the best for the yearbook. I will be contacting you with more details about this later in the year.
