Cardboard Tubes

Collecting up until June 9th.

Do you have cardboard tubes around your house? Up until June 9th if you get any empty cardboard tubes from things like toilet paper, paper towels, wrapping paper, etc., you can send it in with your first grader as we would love to take them off your hands!

Field Day Reminders

When: June 5th 8:30 - 10:30

A few reminders for a successful field day:

Wear sneakers and comfortable clothes to be outside. Students will get a blue tie dye shirt to wear.
Bring a bottle of water!
Put sunscreen on before coming to school and consider a hat.
Some stations include water - you may bring a towel and change of clothes/shoes if you'd like

Where: Lovettsville, Friday Morning News Show

The Lovettsville Culture Club's main goal is to promote awareness, understanding, and appreciation of different cultures, their people, diversity, and values. During the morning news show, students have the opportunity to showcase what makes them unique and special.

If your child is interested in participating and sharing about what makes them special, please complete the Culture Club Application Form or print and return this form to your child's teacher.
