Liberty Music

Hello! My name is Bill Baber. This is my first year teaching at Liberty Elementary and my 25th year teaching Elementary, Middle School, and High School music in Loudoun County!  I grew up in the Alleghany Highlands of Virginia and attended Shenandoah University where I earned a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance and a master's degree in Music Education, concentrating in conducting. I love singing, playing keyboard instruments, reading, and working with computers and music technology.  I am married and have a grown-up daughter, both of whom earned Doctorate degrees in their fields of study. I perform as a professional musician every week and love to create original music.

Hi! My Name is Nyla Louh and I am thrilled to be returning to Liberty Elementary School! This will be my ninth year teaching music in LCPS. I received my bachelor’s degree in vocal performance from James Madison University and master’s degree and teaching certification from George Mason University. After ten years working in arts administration, I followed my lifelong love of making and sharing music to become a music educator. I grew up in Fairfax, VA and now reside in Aldie with my husband, three children and our puppy! Our family enjoys frequent trips to Bethany Beach, hiking, attending performing arts and sporting events and exploring local adventures.
