The Indian Student Association here at Independence is an organization founded on the principle of inclusion and community. Our goal is to introduce diverse cultures to anyone interested in South Asian traditions through fun activities such as trivia, film-watching, contests, and events! 

We strive to educate and guide students through their high school life as much as possible by becoming a body of students to feel welcomed and represented, no matter their background or ethnicity. By understanding one’s culture, we can become global citizens, and therefore be involved in conversations of the world.
