About Us

Our mission is to increase the financial knowledge of students at Riverside while learning about investing in stocks and having fun doing it. Through education and regular mock investing we aim to prepare members with the basic toolkit they'll need to invest in the real world and plan for their financial future.

The Investment club offers lessons on a variety of investing ranging from basic stock vocabulary to advanced investing techniques. Through our market simulation and analyst approach to trading stocks, we encourage our members to think critically about the decisions they make. The stock market can be unpredictable, but we hope with the education we provide that we can equip students to make informed decisions even in times of uncertainty.

With our all-inclusive teaching approach that encompasses both amateur and experienced investors alike, there's a place for everybody at the Investment Club.

Officers have been selected for the 2022-2023 School Year! Thank you to everyone who submitted an application. We had a lot of qualified applicants and had to make some tough decisions.

The Investment Club will be holding officer applications for the 2023-2024 school year in early fourth quarter. If this sounds of interest to you, feel free to fill out the Officer Interest Form. During the application season, we will consider a variety of factors including investing experience, leadership potential, and in club participation.
