Issues w/ Google Suite Apps

  1. Open the Chrome Browser.

  • Make sure there are no other Gmail accounts logged into Chrome.

  • To check, open a Google tool and click on the profile circle in the upper right.

  • You can add another account here and/or sign out of an account if needed.

  1. If the above doesn’t work, click on this link and it will force log you out of all Google accounts: https://accounts.google.com/logout

Logging into LCPS Go

  1. Go to the LCPS Go Launch page: https://launchpad.classlink.com/loudoun

  2. Username is the student's lunch number/student ID. Password is student created.

Login Errors w/ Various Apps within ClassLink/LCPSGo

Many login errors can be corrected by clearing your cache/history. Follow these steps:

1. At the top right, click More

2. Click More tools Clear browsing data.

3. Select Advanced

4. Choose a time range All time

5. Check the boxes from Browsing history down to Passwords and other sign-in data

6. Click Clear data.



Updating Google Chrome

Updating your Chrome browser will sometimes fix glitches you may be experiencing.

  1. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of your Chrome browser window

  2. Click on Help

  3. Click on About Google Chrome

It will automatically run updates (if it needs them), then click Relaunch

Reset the Chrome Browser to default settings

  1. Click on the 3 dots upper right

  2. Select Settings

  3. Click on Advanced on left hand side

  4. Scroll down to Reset and Clean up

  5. Click on Restore settings to their original defaults

  6. Click Reset Settings.
