A Good Rule of Thumb

Here is a good rule of thumb:

  1. If it is something you don’t know how to use:

    1. Ask a friend

    2. Ask Google

    3. Ask teacher

  2. If it is an issue that you and other students are having, and you know you are doing it correctly, then ask your teacher for help

  3. If it is something you know how to use, but it is not working as expected,

    1. Take a look at the Who to Contact page

    1. Call the Technology Support Center at 571-252-2112, M-F, between the hours of 7:30AM – 5PM (excluding holidays)
