Senior Events and Field Trips

• Thursday, August 21, 2025 (6:00AM - sunrise at 6:15)

• Location: Heritage Stadium

• FREE Event

• Watch the sunrise of your last first day of high school

• Take pictures with classmates

• Bring blankets

• Donuts and juice/water will be provided (first come first serve)

• Thursday, October 9, 2025 (9:45AM - 1:00PM)

• Cost: $20

• Includes: transportation, play for 2 hours, drinks, and lunch

• Cannot guarantee allergen free food

• There is space for 185 seniors

• All students must ride the bus to and from Heritage

• Paper permission forms are REQUIRED (Due Oct. 3)

  • Will be distributed after sign up closes

Deadline: September 22 (will open on August 25) 

• Tuesday, June 2, 2026 (7AM - 9PM)

• Cost: $125

• Includes: transportation, admission ticket, and catered lunch

• There is space for 245 seniors

• All students must ride the bus to and from Heritage

• Paper permission forms are REQUIRED 

  • Will be distributed at the end of April

• Deadline: February 18 (will open on January 5)

• Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at approximately 12:30 PM

• Cost: $10

• Includes: food and fun

• At Heritage immediately after graduation rehearsal

• Deadline: May 27 (will open on April 13)

• Cannot sign up day of, food needs to be purchased in advance

• Students wear cap/gown/sash/tassel and visit their elementary school

• Paper permission form is REQUIRED for all coordinated walks (will be handed out at the end of April)

• All students must ride the bus to and from Heritage

• Tolbert: Thursday, June 4, 2026 (9:30 - 11:30)

• Cool Spring: Wednesday, June 10, 2026 (9:30 - 11:30)
