The mission of Gum Spring Middle Library is to inspire a love of reading, foster curiosity, and empower students to become critical thinkers, responsible digital citizens, and lifelong learners.
We have over 14,000 books!
Our digital collection includes over 3,000 digital titles.
Our library catalog is available in LCPS GO.
Students also have access to library resources and annoucements in their library schoology course.

Starting in the 1st quarter, all students are invited to participate in the Gum Spring 20 book challenge
Students can earn a free book by reading 20 books while completing a variety of fun reading challenges. Sheets are available for pick up in the library or click here to view the challenge.
