Prom is Saturday, May 3rd
How much is Prom?
April 1st-May 2nd tickets will be sold for $80.
All tickets can be purchased through the LCPS Payment System found here.
What should I bring to Prom?
In order to get into Prom, you must bring your student ID (or valid Virginia ID such as drivers license/driver's permit).
When can I pickup my ticket?
If you purchased a ticket, you can pickup your ticket starting on April 29th at all lunches. You can pickup your ticket through Friday May 2nd. If you choose to purchase a parking pass you can pick this up when picking up your ticket.
Where do I park?
Parking passes will be $30 to park in the Bellevue lot. Please note that all students should have paid for a parking pass before parking.
There are a limited number of parking passes. These do have the ability to sell out! If you do not want to park at the venue, you can be dropped off/picked up at the front of The Bellevue.
What Time does Prom start/finish?
Prom will begin at 8:00pm and end at 11:30pm. The doors will close at 9:30pm and no one will be allowed to enter the Bellevue past that time.
Will there be food/drinks at Prom?
Yes, there will be complimentary soft drinks, water, and a dessert bar available.
What if the student is on reduced lunch?
If the student is on free/reduced lunch, the prom ticket can be paid for by the school. Please make sure to contact your Family Liaison, Aisha.Rostom@lcps.org for more information.
What if my guest is a Sophomore?
Sophomore students must submit their permission slips to be approved by the administration. Sophomore students may not purchase tickets. Tickets must be purchased by a junior or senior student at Freedom High School. Permission slips can be found on this site or outside room 301.
What if my date is a Sophomore from another school?
In this case, they have to fill out the guest permission form.
Can I bring an underclassmen as a guest?
Yes, however, you can only bring a Sophomore as a guest. The upperclassmen must enter and leave with their underclassmen guest. Freshmen will not be allowed at Prom. There is a separate permission form the Sophomore guest must fill out.
Can I bring a guest from another school to Prom?
Yes, you can bring a guest from another school to Prom, however, they must fill out a guest permission click, be under the age of 21, and cannot be a Freshmen. They also must bring a form of ID.
What activities will there be at Prom?
Alongside dancing and socializing, there will be a photo booth, a raffle, and mock casino games available for students to play.
