Experiential Learning Opportunities

Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) values the opportunities for our students to learn through a variety of experiences, both inside and outside of traditional classroom walls. We seek to enhance students' educational experience with real-world experiential learning opportunities including internships, apprenticeships, capstone projects, volunteer experiences and much more.

LCPS welcomes the possibilities to connect LCPS students with business partners throughout the Commonwealth.

LCPS Deeper Learning

Experiential Learning & LCPS Deeper Learning

The Profile of an LCPS Graduate was created by the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) that describes the knowledge, skills, experiences and attributes that students must attain to be successful in college and/or the work force and to be “life ready.”

LCPS has incorporated the Profile of an LCPS Graduate into their initiative of Deep Learning.
