Ms. Anderson has had the privilege of serving as Champe's librarian since 2014. Prior to working at Champe, Ms. Anderson was the librarian at Buffalo Trail Elementary. She also co-sponsors Champe’s Project Lit Community Chapter. Ms. Anderson serves an as LCPS Mentor for new librarians and loves collaborating with other librarians. Within the library world, Ms. Anderson is very passionate about reading the latest in YA, designing an inclusive program and collection, organizing Maker activities, and making everything beautiful! In her spare time, Ms. Anderson enjoys baking, binging Netflix, and spending time with her adorable cat, Lilly Belle.

Cote earned her Bachelor's degree in biochemistry from the University of Arizona. She then worked as a DNA analyst for the Arizona Department of Public Safety for over seven years. After relocating to Virginia, Ms. Cote decided to go back to school to pursue her dream of teaching. She taught English in Prince William County and Loudoun County for five years before completing her Master's degree in school librarianship through Longwood University and coming home to John Champe High School! Ms. Cote is an avid reader and loves to stay up to date with all of the latest books. She is also a mother of two children who attend school in Loudoun County.

Ms. Flippo holds a B.A. in Education & a M.Ed. in Instructional Technology. She worked in the training industry in the D.C. area for 12 years before leaving to raise 3 children and a puppy in Ashburn. Ms. Flippo joined the JCH staff in 2013 as the Library Assistant. When not at Champe, Ms. Flippo enjoys watching lacrosse and Alabama football, as well as fostering rescue puppies and kittens.
