Meet the Board

Hi! I’m Lily Ajima and I’m so excited to be President of Feminist Club for the 2023-2024 school year! This is my third year in the club and my second year on the board. I love Feminist Club because it’s a safe space to discuss important topics involving feminism. In my free time, I like to sew, crochet, garden and make jewelry. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone at meetings and helping educate them on the importance of feminism to our society!

Hi everyone! I’m Tia Bindra, and I’m the Vice President of the BRHS Feminist Club for the 2023-2024 school year! Some things about me are that I love running, reading, and dancing. I’m super excited to be on the board this year, and cannot wait to help others learn all about what feminism truly is as well as how important it is to advocate for women’s rights in the workplace, schools, in male-dominated careers, politics, and just in everyday life. My goal for this year is to educate our members on all of the above, and make them feel comfortable and safe in our club!

Hi! I’m Shivani Row and I’m the secretary for the 2023-2024 Feminist Club. In my free time, I love reading, singing, and playing the piano. I’m also really passionate about social justice and societal issues. I love Feminist Club because it’s a safe space to have discussions about topics relating to feminism. I’m excited to dive into topics like intersectional feminism and help to create an inclusive environment for everyone in the club this year! :)

Hi! My name is Eliana, I’m the treasurer of feminist club! I’ve been a member since my freshman year and I’m excited to be on the board! Over the years I’ve learned a lot from this club and I’m excited to be able to tell other people what I know! Some of my hobbies include playing the violin in our school orchestra, listening to Taylor Swift, and writing! Our club is a safe space for all to discuss feminism!
