Mr. Boring
About Me
I have been a Physical Education teacher in Loudoun County for 17 years. This will be my 7th year as the Physical Education Department Chair here at Heritage. I graduated from Lynchburg College in 2001 with a degree in Sports Medicine. I went on to receive my Masters from George Mason University (2003) in Exercise, Fitness, and Health Promotion. I have taught at both the Elementary and High School levels and both have been extremely rewarding. I have embraced new guidelines in PE with more of a focus on health related movement and Life long activities. We as a department try to have the students active as much as possible and have brought in new concepts that we hope the students will benefit from. My wife is a teacher in the county as well and we both love spending time with our two boys. If for any reason you need to contact me feel free to do so at 571-252-2800 or email me at
Hope to meet each and everyone of you during this school year.
