Please fill out this form in order for your schedule change request to be considered. If you prefer a paper copy, they are available in the LCHS counseling office. Counselors will be available from 8 AM - 7 PM on July 29 and July 30 to meet with parents and students who wish to discuss their schedule change request.
All changes are final. There will be no additional opportunity for student-initiated changes outside of the request change timeframe leading up to 1st semester, and then again for 2nd semester. Students will be notified that their request has been approved/denied by receiving a new schedule or notice from their counselor (this may be communicated through email, so ensure that you are checking that).
Schedule change requests will be considered in the order in which they are received. Requests may be considered if:
Your schedule is unbalanced with too many academic courses in the same semester
An alternate was used in your schedule and you would like to have a different alternate
Human error has occurred
The request assists in the better balancing of class sizes
You would like to raise/lower to another level
