Athletes will need to sign up to participate in our conditioning program on the form provided below.
All participants will need a current VHSL Physical on file with Ms. Manrique in the Athletic Director's office.
All participants must complete a participation Waiver Form and return it to Ms. Manrique.
Athletes will take part in the program on days that they attend school. (A-Days or B- Days) All other conditioning will be done off-campus on their own. A suggested program will be provided.
Students that are doing all virtual school will be allowed to participate and will be assigned a spot on A or B days by the coach.
A limited number of spots will be available each day. Athletes will be assigned to event groups with no more than ten per group. A maximum of 50 students will be allowed to participate each day in the program.
All workouts will be conducted at the stadium on the Track with social distancing rules in place. (10 feet apart at all times)
ATHLETES WHO HAVE JOINED THE CROSS COUNTRY AND TRACK GOOGLE CLASSROOM CAN CHECK IT FOR UPDATED INFORMATION CONCERNING PRACTICES AND WORKOUT SCHEDULES. CONTACT COACH CUTRIGHT FOR THE PASSWORD TO JOIN.
