ALL STUDENTS SHOULD BE REGISTERED FOR FALL COURSES BY OCTOBER 27!
Dual Credit Enrollment with ACCC courses
1. Students meet with Guidance Department to review courses and discuss eligibility to take course.
2. Under the instruction of the LCM Dual Credit Class Teacher, students fill out the Atlantic Cape High School Admissions Application online:
First time applicants to Atlantic Cape Community College, visit www.atlantic.edu/apply. Create an account and complete the High School Student application. If you have applied previously (even if you didn’t take a course), you may skip this step.
New applicants will receive an acceptance letter with their student ID number and Buccaneer email account information. Students should also receive a link to their Self-Service account.
Upon receipt of the Self-Service account information, students will then be instructed by their Dual Credit teacher to complete their official course registration. The student will find the class in a pull down menu. The courses selected here are the courses you will be billed for. (See link for sample of procedure Online Registration.pptx).
Concurrent Credit Enrollment with ACCC courses

2. Students will complete the Atlantic Cape High School Admissions Process online as follows:
First time applicants to Atlantic Cape Community College, visit www.atlantic.edu/apply. Create an account and complete the High School Student application. Any student who applied previously (even if you didn’t take a course), may skip this step.
New applicants will receive an acceptance letter with your student ID number and Buccaneer email account information. You should also receive a link to your Self-Service account.
Upon receipt of the Self-Service account information, the official course registration can then be completed. The student will find the classes in a pull down menu. The courses selected here are the courses you will be billed for. (See link for sample of registration procedure Online Registration.pptx).
Prior to completing the registration, students will need to demonstrate placement either by the Accuplacer Exam or have necessary SAT/ACT scores.
Students should speak to their School Counselor about SAT and/or ACT exams. Students may schedule the Accuplacer Test Online with ACCC by clicking on this link http://www.atlantic.edu/admission/testing/index.php.
Upon presenting proof of the appropriate placement exams, students will complete the official registration through their Self-Service Account.

Students meet with the Guidance Department to review courses and discuss eligibility
Students register for courses online with Stockton.

Dual Credit Enrollment with Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT)
Students meet with the Guidance Department and their teacher to review courses and discuss eligibility
Students successfully pass their course with an average score of 85% or better and score appropriate End of Course Exam Score as per the grading key below.
Students will then go to the RIT website to redeem credit: rit.edu/pltw and on the Undergraduate College Credit page they will find the online registration submittal button.
