Fact-Finding Missions

The Migration and Asylum Lab team went on a fact-finding mission to Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala in July and August of 2023. We interviewed more than twenty-five people from non-governmental organizations, including the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (ACNUR), and organizations focused on human rights, legal rights, women’s rights, LGBTQ, child welfare and Indigenous rights.
