The Purpose: The purpose of this technique is to limit the flexion and/or extension of the wrist.
The Materials:
Pre Wrap
1.5 inch white athletic tape
The Positioning: The Athlete should be standing in front of you with their hand pronated and fingers extended as far away from each other as possible.
The Application:
Apply Pre-wrap to the entire area that will be taped.
Apply 3-4 strips of 1.5 inch white athletic tape from distal to proximal.
