Hello! I'm Murphy Roate, a senior at Lincoln Community High School, and welcome to my final English project! I've always had an interest in the peculiarities of the world, and this project showcases a few of my favorite. I hope you enjoy all that you see throughout the site, now allow me to tell you more about myself. I grew up here in Lincoln as the middle of three children. My mom is an artist and my dad is an aviation technician, but they both work very hard to run a craft beer bar in Lincoln, called Spirited Republic. As much as I adore Lincoln, I would love to experience living elsewhere, especially in a city such as New York City. Next year I plan on attending the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia, to study either Film and Television, or Fashion Design. As for where I go after that, I have absolutely no clue, but I am very excited for the adventures to come.
