Uniforms at LCCS serve several purposes, most notably:
Uniforms shift the focus from what a student wears to who they are. We believe that our identity is not defined by our clothing or possessions, but rather by our relationship with Christ and the purpose He has called us to fulfill. Student uniforms serve as a constant reminder of this truth.
Uniforms contribute to safety and security. By wearing a uniform, it becomes quick and easy to identify who is part of the LCCS family and who is not.
The Uniform Dress Code upholds these principles while also allowing for student comfort and convenience.
PERSONAL APPEARANCE GUIDELINES:
Girls’ hair should not have distracting colors or designs which includes tinsel and feathers unless it is for special events such as homecoming week and dress up days.

For MS & HS students in athletics, please see the athletics handbook for uniform guidelines in the link below.
In the case of dress code violations, students will be asked to correct the violation by changing into proper uniform attire or by contacting their parents to bring the appropriate clothing. If no uniform change is available, a detention will be issued. *Any LCCS employee can report dress code violations.
Parents are responsible for providing appropriately fitting clothing throughout the school year. If dress code expectations are not met, the administration may require parents to purchase clothing replacements during the school day. The decisions of the administration are final in all matters related to the dress code. It is the responsibility of parents to ensure that their students comply with the dress code on a daily basis.
