Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College provides academic and residential scholarships for full-time students who are entering college for the first time and have a qualifying ACT Composite Score. To be eligible to receive an Academic Excellence Scholarship, students must be a legal resident of Mississippi, meet all admission requirements, and register for at least 15 credit hours per semester. The appropriate Academic Excellence Scholarship will automatically be awarded to the students’ account after meeting all the criteria listed above. The Citizens Bank is pleased to announce their Reward A Scholarship Program once again. The Reward A Scholarship Program rewards junior and senior students for their hard work in the classroom. For every “A” a student earns on their report card, they will receive an entry into a drawing for a $1,000 scholarship at the end of the school year. The school of the winning student will also receive $500. To enter, all you have to do is bring a copy of your report card each nine weeks to a Citizens Bank branch or email them directly to Channing.Peebles@thecitizensbank.bank .
