In order to participate in athletics, all student-athletes must be cleared prior to their first game. All of the steps must be completed in order to be eligible to compete.

Doctors' Physical must be signed and stamped by a medical Dr.
Upload on Home Campus

Turn in the Physical to Front Office
MEDICAL INSURANCE REQUIRED
In order to participate in athletics, all student-athletes must have valid medical insurance coverage. If you do not have current medical insurance, you may purchase a plan through Myers-Stevens Insurance. please see Kim Langer, the Athletic Secretary in the main office to complete the process.
