Fees + Payments
Childcare Payments are due by the 1st and late after the 10th of each month. A $20 Late Payment Fee will be added for Past Due Payments on the 11th and childcare may be temporarily suspended if payment is not received by the 15th. Please contact the Site Supervisor to discuss payment plans or other special circumstances.
Kids’ Club accepts credit cards, personal checks, cashier’s checks or money orders as forms of Childcare Payments. Please make checks payable to "LBUSD-KIDS’ CLUB." Cash payments are NOT accepted.
A notation of our Tax I.D. #95-6001-886 may be of benefit to you. Kids’ Club does not issue end of the year tax statements. Please keep your yellow receipt or online payment confirmation each month as proof of payment.
All returned checks will be charged a $20 Returned Check Fee. Payments will need to be made in the form of cashier’s checks or money orders for 6 months. Failure to clear a returned check within 30 days will result in suspension from the program until payment can be made.

Expanded Learning Opportunity Program Financial Assistance
The LBUSD’s Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELOP) has a financial assistance program in the 2023-24 School Year. This program will provide increased assistance, resulting in reduced fees to many LBUSD families!
