TENDER Nanoprobe Workshop
Wednesday March 17
Thursday March 18
9am - 12:30pm PST
a workshop on planning the new tender x-ray beamline at the ALS
a workshop on planning the new tender x-ray beamline at the ALS
Join us for a workshop concerning the nanoprobe branch of the new tender x-ray beamline being planned as a feature beamline of the ALS-U project.
Join us for a workshop concerning the nanoprobe branch of the new tender x-ray beamline being planned as a feature beamline of the ALS-U project.
The beamline will produce extremely bright X-rays in the tender X-ray energy range (2-8 keV), and will serve a nanoprobe endstation dedicated to ptychography, fluorescence, and diffraction applied to a wide class of scientific problems.

Through this workshop, we are soliciting input from the broader user community regarding the scientific and technical scope of the nanoprobe instrument. This is an opportunity for you to influence the direction of research at this future beamline.
