Welcome to the National Lab Pride (NLP) website!

Our members consist of LGBTQ+ scientists, engineers, technicians, and operations professionals within the U.S. Department of Energy national laboratory complex.

Our mission is to promote LGBTQ+ visibility within the DOE NL system; collaborate on outreach and networking opportunities; connect with LGBTQ+ leaders, staff, and students (within the NL system, as well as external contacts); and share resources and best practices for diversity and inclusion (e.g. policies, guidelines, trainings, recruitment and hiring, outreach, retention, career development, and more).
