The NERSC-10 Request for Proposal (RFP) is released for publication on this website. Offerors are invited to submit their proposal responses for a high-performance computing (HPC) system with potential non-recurring engineering (NRE). The subcontracts that may result from this RFP are in support of the National Energy Research Scientific Computing Center (NERSC), Regents of the University of California, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory ("University" or "LBNL") and the United States Department of Energy Office of Science. The University envisions separate HPC system and potential NRE awards to the successful Offeror. 

It is the responsibility of all Offerors to monitor this website for current NERSC-10 RFP information, including potential RFP amendments and other RFP information updates. The Contract Administration Team may notify Offerors of updated NERSC-10 RFP information via e-mail; however, there is no obligation to do so. 

Offerors must submit in writing all communication regarding the NERSC-10 RFP (questions, comments, etc.) to the Contract Administration Team: N10-RFP-Team@lbl.gov. In accordance with the RFP, questions will not be accepted after March 26, 2024.

Offerors must submit proposals via email to N10-Submissions@lbl.gov (or other form of secure electronic submission).
