- The Applied Math Visioning Workshop will take place in Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (Berkeley Lab) campus in California. The exact location is Building 59, also known as Wang Hall.
- There is a block of rooms reserved at the Berkeley Lab Guest House. Please follow the instructions in this document to book your room immediately (If you see a Berkeley Lab login screen during the online reservation process, please log out of your google accounts). The block reservation is valid for the nights of April 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
- If you would rather prefer to stay outside the lab property, a list of preferred hotels can be found here: https://travel.lbl.gov/air_car_hotel/preferred_hotels.html. In addition to the hotels in that list, there is also the Easton Hall Conference Center near the lab shuttle route (https://eastonhall.cdsp.edu/).
- There is no registration fee for this invitation-only workshop.
