Hearing Conservation Medical Surveillance
Personnel who may have noise exposures equal to or above an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level (TWA) of 85 decibels measured on an A scale (slow response) or, equivalently, a dose of fifty percent are enrolled in the hearing conservation program and has to complete an annual exam (Audiogram Questionnaire).
