The HTE Seminar Series is a monthly online seminar series on heavy-ion collisions, with a particular focus on:
Jet quenching
Evolution of the quark-gluon plasma
Data-model comparison
The purpose of this series is to compare different theoretical approaches and stimulate broader discussion on how to move forward as a field. These talks are aimed at both theorists and experimentalists with expertise in the selected topics.
We encourage active discussion in order to facilitate the exchange of ideas, including during the talks themselves. The talk and discussion are scheduled for a total of one hour, with the possibility of continuing discussion beyond the scheduled time as appropriate.
