HydroML 2024 will be hosted by Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richard, WA

HydroML 2023 symposium will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Berkeley Marina, located 4.3 miles (7.5 km), or 20 minutes from the main campus of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL).  Address: 200 Marina Blvd., Berkeley, CA  94710

Rooms

A limited number of hotel rooms are available at reduced cost, with a block rate of $189 per night. The cutoff date for reservations at the block rate is Sunday, April 30, 2023.

Visa Information

We advise anyone who may need a visa to attend the HydroML 2023 Symposium to apply early. Visa applicants should apply at least 2 months in advance of the meeting. Security-related policies have greatly increased the processing time for visa applications. U.S. consulate officers may interview applicants as part of the application process.

If you need a letter of invitation, e-mail  hydroml2023@gmail.com to make your request. Please provide your citizenship so that the invitation  letter may be customized.  

Airports and Ground Transportation

The most convenient airports to Berkeley are the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and Oakland International Airport (OAK). The Oakland Airport is closer to Berkeley and both airports offer an economical connection to Berkeley via (i) the local train system, Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) which stops in downtown Berkeley, and (ii) ride-sharing services (such as Uber and Lyft). The DoubleTree hotel does not currently offer shuttle service.
